Chevrolet continues its dedication to ending breast cancer by unveiling a distinctive pink Corvette. This special vehicle highlights a 15-year collaboration with the American Cancer Society, bringing visibility to the fight against breast cancer through the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series.
Chevrolet and the American Cancer Society Combine Forces
For 15 years, Chevrolet has supported the American Cancer Society's “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” initiative. To mark this milestone, Chevrolet has created a bold pink Corvette that will serve as the official pace vehicle for NASCAR Cup Series races at Martinsville Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway. The goal is to raise awareness for breast cancer and encourage fans to get involved. Chevrolet is also making donations to support the cause. For every caution lap the pink Corvette leads, Chevrolet will donate $500, up to $25,000. In addition, Chevrolet will donate $1,500 for every Team Chevy driver who finishes in the top 10, up to another $25,000. In 2024, this program raised nearly $19,000 for the American Cancer Society from caution laps alone. Last year's pace car was also auctioned off, with all proceeds going to the charity.
