The sales team did great. However your service department acts as if they are doing the Customer a favor instead of the other way around. I had asked for a manager to call me back about a loaner vehicle while my vehicle I just purchased is getting serviced. I never did get a call back. I will think twice before purchasing another vehicle there. Also I have purchased two new vehicles from Husker Auto Group in the past year and a half.

The scheduling of service was great. The customer service section was rushed and I feel that I wasn’t given enough feedback especially since the inspection didn’t find or fix the leak.
