In 2019, the Silverado emerges bigger and better than ever with a suite of new features. This model year's truck is a winning combination of bigger, lighter, and stronger than ever. It comes with a diesel engine and has a wheelbase that is four inches longer than its predecessor, which adds passenger and cargo space. On the outside, a design change gives the Silverado a distinct look and makes it more aerodynamic. The 2019 truck is made of durable steel and aluminum, which gives it a distinct look. Narrowed LED headlights, downward-sloping fenders, and air curtains that make air flow more smoothly around the vehicle are noticeable changes for 2019. Inside, there is more space than ever before for luggage with storage bins located under the second-row seats. In 2019, there are eight Silverado trim levels to choose from. The base model, called the Work Truck, offers plenty in the way of enticing amenities. Highlights of this model include a hands-free liftgate, bright LED task lighting in the rear, and a cargo box capacity that surpasses the cargo space availability of other models in the Silverado's class. The base model features 17-inch wheels and a black-accented exterior trim. Inside the cabin, you'll get a standard seven-inch touchscreen and a choice of either cloth or vinyl seats. With the second-level Custom trim, you will get all that the base model offers plus LED tail lights and larger 20-inch aluminum wheels. The third highest trim level is the Custom Trailboss, which is more off-road oriented with a two-inch higher ground clearance, a locking rear differential, durable 18-inch wheels, and skid plates. The next-highest LT trim adds to the other trims' amenities LED headlights, chrome exterior accents, and a larger eight-inch infotainment touchscreen. The RST trim level is next in line. It features full LED lighting, body-color exterior trim, and larger 22-inch wheels. The LT Trail Boss has 12 tie downs for safe towing and an available 120V outlet. The LTZ, second from the top, offers a more luxurious cabin with leather seats and power-folding side mirrors. Finally, the top High Country model has a hands-free tailgate, a two-tone colored grille and chrome running boards.

2019 Chevy SilveradoThe 2019 Silverado offers a choice of several engines. One is a 2.7L turbocharged engine that produces up to 310 HP and 348 LB-FT of torque. The engine is matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The next option is a 5.3L eight-cylinder engine. There are two choices in this engine. The first has dynamic fuel management and delivers up to 355 HP and 383 LB-FT of torque. This engine has automatic start-stop technology. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The other choice is a 5.3L, V8 engine that has the same power output. However, it's paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The final engine for standard gasoline is a 6.2L, eight-cylinder engine that produces up to 420 HP and 460 LB-FT of torque. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. If you want a diesel engine, you can get a 3.0L turbocharged six-cylinder engine.
